Katy Steward has worked in health leadership, as a head of thought leadership and director of organisation development at the Kings Fund, and in health regulation, first at Monitor and then helping design the Care Quality Commission’s (CQCs) well led domain. She has been an organisational coach working with change teams in organisations for 4 years.
Increasingly research shows that the culture of healthcare organisations effects the quality of the experience for patients and outcomes. We only work in healthcare and our mission is to work inside organisations, developing leaders from across patient, front line, team and organisation, accelerating the growth of positive leadership at all levels. We aim to share the learning about leadership for positive change through the website.
